The drink is traditionally shaken and served on the rocks, but a friend in Palm Beach made hers in a blender with ice. I was hooked.
6 ounces gin
2 cups lemonade
2 cups ice
20 fresh mint leaves
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve in goblets.
4 to 6 cocktails (about 6 cups)
